Cancellation and No Show Policy.
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to accommodate your service in full and it may need to be rescheduled. In this case, any tardiness that results in an inability to complete your service may result in a cancellation fee as well. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 952-898-3111 during business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
We understand that life happens and sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, exceptions can be made and all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived or applied to future services. Safety is our priority & exceptions will of course be made for severe weather and snow emergencies.
This policy is in place to allow us the opportunity to inform any guests on our wait list of any openings- and to maximize our appointment book so that we can continue to provide excellent service to each one of our established and future clients.
